Welcome to Manyu International (manyuinternational.com). By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

Manyu International specializes in custom-made LED displays, electronics, and standees. All products are produced to order, and all sales are final.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Order Placement and Production:

All orders are custom-produced based on your specifications. Please review your order details carefully before confirming, as we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production begins (refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy).

Lead Time: Production lead time is approximately 10 days, depending on the order's complexity and size, excluding shipping duration.

Quotation Validity: Quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs and applicable taxes (GST: 33ADUPH1819H1ZI), which will be confirmed during the order process.

Payment Terms:

Payment Schedule: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch.

Payment Delays: Any delay in processing payments may result in delays in order processing and dispatch. Additional storage charges may apply, which must be paid before dispatch.

Post-Dispatch Payment Delays: Delays in clearing pending payments after order dispatch may lead to a temporary warranty suspension. To reinstate warranty services, the customer must clear the pending amount plus 10% per annum interest on the overdue amount.

Installation and Client Responsibilities:
-
Installation Requirements: The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary installation permissions and providing equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, cranes, or any other tools required during installation.

Additional Infrastructure: The client must arrange and bear the cost of extra power supply wiring and accessories (e.g., MCB, TPN, RCCB), UPS, CAT6 wiring, external network cabling, civil work, and conduiting.

Power Supply: The client must ensure a stabilized power supply for the smooth operation of all displays. Manyu International is not responsible for issues arising from an unstable or improper power supply.

Shipping:
-
Shipping costs are extra for standees and LCD displays when purchased individually. These costs will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination and communicated during order confirmation.

Orders are shipped from our facilities in Mumbai or Tamil Nadu, depending on the product. We use top shipping company services and the best packaging to ensure products are not damaged during transit.

Warranty for LED Advertisement Boards:
-
Manyu International provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on LED Advertisement Boards manufactured by us, ensuring they are output-tested and free from defects at the time of dispatch. The following conditions apply:

Coverage: This warranty covers defects resulting from defective parts, materials, or manufacturing, revealed within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Definition of Defect: A device is considered defective if it fails to perform functions as indicated in the operation manuals, technical specifications, or similar documents due to internal device characteristics.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
-
Consumables (e.g., LED modules, controller cards) or parts subject to natural wear and tear.
-
Mechanical or electrical damages from incorrect installation, configuration, usage, or activities inconsistent with the operation manual or technical specifications.
-
Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lightning, natural disasters, wars, inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials, or other external factors.
-
Devices tampered with, reconfigured, repaired, or modified by the customer or any unauthorized person.
-
Devices with damaged or illegible serial numbers or seals.
-
Defects from improper or non-genuine supply materials.
-
Damages due to the user’s fault, lack of knowledge, improper power supply, heat, water damage, or natural calamities.
-
Activities specified in the operation manual as the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Service Conditions:
-
Immediately notify Manyu International of any defects and cease using the device.
-
Deliver the defective device, along with a copy of the commercial invoice, to our Service Center at:

The serial number of the delivered device must match the serial number sold to the customer.

Notify the Service Center in writing of any additional accessories installed in the device.

Provide a detailed, readable description of the technical problem.

The device must have intact seals with production date or serial numbers and be appropriately packaged during loading, transportation, and unloading.
-
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipment to the Service Center.
-

Service Process:
-
Manyu International reserves the right to charge for service, transportation, insurance, and customs clearance if the defect is not covered by the warranty or the device is not proven defective.
-
We may replace the defective device or component with an equivalent free-of-defects item, ensuring equal or higher efficiency and functionality. Replaced items become the property of Manyu International.
-
The warranty period is extended by the time the device is in the Service Center for repairs.
-

Limitations:
-
Manyu International is not responsible for warranty obligations if performance is hindered by force majeure (e.g., events beyond our control preventing fulfillment).
-
We reserve the right to refuse warranty services if providing them would breach applicable laws.
-
The warranty does not include claims for lost profits or material losses caused by defective products.
-

Special Agreements: These warranty terms may be modified if the buyer and Manyu International establish different conditions in a separate agreement.

Product Use and Liability:

Our products are intended for professional or commercial use as specified. Manyu International is not responsible for misuse or improper installation of products.

We ensure high-quality manufacturing standards, but we are not liable for damages caused by external factors, including but not limited to improper handling, installation, or environmental conditions.

Intellectual Property:

All content on manyuinternational.com, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Manyu International or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

Manyu International is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

In case of defective or damaged products, our liability is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion, subject to inspection (refer to Shipping and Returns Policy).

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
