At Manyu International, we specialize in providing high-quality LED displays, electronics, and standees, all of which are custom-produced based on your order specifications. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver your orders.

  • Order Processing and Lead Time: All products are made to order. The production lead time is typically 10-15 days, depending on the complexity and size of the order. This timeframe excludes shipping duration.

  • Shipping Process: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped from our facility located at: Mumbai or Tamilnadu, depending on the product

  • Shipping Updates: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order size, weight, and destination. These costs will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process.

  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Manyu Digital, an authorized distributor of Nevon Express in India, we strive to deliver high-quality LED indoor and outdoor displays, LCD signage, touch screen kiosks, smart white boards, name boards, andon boards, pollution control boards, outdoor TVs, and speakers. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clarity and fairness. Please review the policy below for details on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for products such as LED displays, LCD signage, digital standees, or other items before it is shipped. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions and timeline:

  • Cancellation Before Order Processing:

    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the processing stage (e.g., customization for name boards or andon boards).

    • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Cancellation After Order Processing but Before Shipping:

    • If the order (e.g., touch screen kiosk or pollution control board) has been processed but not shipped, cancellation is possible within 24 hours of order placement.

    • A 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs, especially for customized products like LED name boards or fine pitch displays.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Cancellation After Shipping:

    • Once the order has been shipped (e.g., outdoor TVs or smart white boards), cancellations are no longer accepted. You may, however, initiate a return as per the Return Policy below.

Timeline for Cancellation:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement: Full refund, no fees.

  • Within 48 hours (If order not taken into production): Refund with possible 5% fee.

  • After shipping: Cancellation not allowed; refer to Return Policy.

2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns, since all products produced against order.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Customized products (e.g., LED name boards, andon boards, pollution control boards) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all accessories and documentation included.

    • Returns for defective or damaged items (e.g., outdoor displays or touch screen kiosks) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to [Your Email, e.g., orders@manyudigital.com].

  • Return Process:

    • Contact our support team at +917406835576 or hello@manyuinternational.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Pack the product securely and include the RMA number on the package.

    • Ship the product to our designated return address (provided upon RMA approval) within 1 day of receiving the RMA number.

    • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products, where Manyu Digital will cover return shipping.

Timeline for Returns:

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery for defective/damaged items.

  • Request RMA within 2 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • Ship return within 1 day of RMA approval.

  • Refund processing: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation or return request, subject to the following:

  • Full Refunds:

    • Issued for cancellations within 24 hours of order placement (before processing).

    • Issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products (e.g., outdoor TVs, smart white boards) after inspection, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:

    • For cancellations after processing but before shipping (within 48 hours), a 5% cancellation fee may be deducted.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Customized products (e.g., LED name boards, andon boards, pollution control boards) unless defective or damaged.

    • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

    • Products without original packaging or missing components.

Timeline for Refunds:

  • Refund initiated within 2-3 business days of cancellation approval or return inspection.

  • Refund credited to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product (e.g., fine pitch displays, touch screen kiosks), report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • We will arrange a replacement or repair, or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, after verification.

  • Replacement or repair turnaround time: 10-15 business days from receipt of the returned item.
